Want your products to be more eye-catching and compliant on Sam’s Club shelves? Today, we’re breaking down Sam’s blister card + pallet + graphic panel display solution (TEO format)—two display styles and key requirements to save right away!
1. Solution Format: Pull Card/Product + Graphic Panel
Ideal for products that need enhanced visual presentation (e.g., apparel, daily necessities), with two display styles:
Level Style: Cards/products are horizontally inserted into the tray slots, and full pallets are stacked for shelf placement;

Waterfall Style: Cards/products are arranged in a stepped layout, paired with large graphic panels—perfect for floor displays to stand out.

2. Key Requirements
Shelf-facing: Minimum 1 x 48-inch face; 3-side shoppable (1 x 48-inch + 2 x 40-inch) is preferred;
Size constraints: Overall unit dimensions (excluding pallet) are 48" × 40" × 30" with no overhang; maximum total underhang of 3" for the base, with a minimum unit footprint of 45" × 37";
Packaging specifications:
Card material must be at least 32 ECT E-flute corrugated; pull cards need to be 2-ply (fold over and glued);
Minimum card size: 8.5" W × 11" H;
The selling unit and secondary packaging must meet or exceed ISTA-6 SAMSCLUB transit testing requirements, with no false bottoms or pallet skirts.

3. Best Practices
Add graphic fillers to strengthen brand visuals;
Include product demo areas to enhance customer experience;
Products can be case-packed and stored in the backroom for easy replenishment;
QR codes on displays or packaging must link to Sam’s Club product pages (generated by Sam’s Club)—external links (e.g., online storefronts, apps) are not allowed.
